2012-2013 SHORT COURSE TEAM BANQUET

Please join us for an evening of dinner, dancing and awards as we celebrate
yet another successful season!

When:  Friday, April 12                                                                                                                    

Where: Addison Oaks, 1480 W. Romeo Road, Leonard, MI 48367           

Time: 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.                          

Cost: $18.25 each for adults and kids age 11 and up: $13 each for children age 10 and under.
Prices include gratuity.

Attire: Dressy casual

Who: Swimmers (who must be accompanied by an adult) and their siblings/family members.(Exceptions due to extenuating circumstances, such as parents out of town, staying with another family, etc., will be considered by the Board. Please contact Steve Gorgas at stevegorgas@liquidlightning.org.)

Please sign up via the website to RSVP no later than March 30, 2013, using the 'Job Sign-up' button and clicking on the appropriate number of reservation spots in the adult (kids age 11 and up) and children (kids age 10 and under) sections. Please remember to sign up everyone who plans to attend so that we get an accurate count  for dinner. If signing up a child, remember to scroll ALL THE WAY DOWN the page to the child (age 10 and under) sign up section. Also indicate how many are swimmers since LL will pay for the swimmers who are attending.

Billing will be processed through the website. Members will be invoiced separately from your monthly dues statement for your banquet fees. If you RSVP and do not attend, your swim team account will still be charged for the amount. Refunds will not be issued.

Buffet menu: Roast Top Sirloin au jus, Special Herb Baked Chicken, Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese, Vegetable, Potato, Salad Bar, Hot Rolls and Butter , Coffee, Decaffeinated, Tea, Milk, and Pop. (No alcohol will be served.)
